I’m ALWAYS broke because I’m always reinvesting my money back in to building cash flowing assets, like businesses and real estate.
I could care less about living in a nice big home.
I’ve always been buying nice homes for people to rent or buy from me, while me and the wife stay living in small homes and building businesses living a simple life.
So that when we buy a nice big home if we chose to. Or whatever other luxuries, we don’t have to pay for it ourselves, including paying for the constant rising cost of living.
So that we can always do whatever we want with our time.
That’s always been our plan in a nutshell through out our ups and downs as entrepreneurs and investors.
Poor and middle class thinking people tend to do the opposite.
They buy the nice big house even though they really can’t afford it, because they don’t have the cash flow to support it from buying and building cash flowing assets.
Having to always trade their time working for a paycheck to support it.
Leaving little time to step back and really enjoy life before it’s over.
Ya see, the poor and middle class minded people wanna look rich, and the rich minded wanna actually be rich in order to create generational wealth instead of false wealth.
And neither one is right or wrong.
It’s just a matter of choosing which one makes the most sense to you.
Because they both come at a cost.
